COUNTERTOP FABRICATION

Fabricated to Fit Your Kitchen Exactly

Every countertop starts with a precise template. Once your cabinets are installed and level, we measure the space digitally, including sink and cooktop cutouts, wall irregularities, overhangs and seam locations. This template becomes the plan for cutting your slab.

During fabrication, the slab is cut to your layout, cutouts are made for sinks, faucets and appliances, and the edges are shaped and polished to the profile you choose — eased, beveled, bullnose, ogee or a clean mitered edge for thicker-looking waterfall islands. We plan seam placement carefully so joints are as few and as discreet as possible, and we match the veining direction across pieces wherever the material allows.

  • Digital templating after cabinets are setMeasured to the millimeter.
  • Sink, faucet, cooktop and outlet cutoutsPrecise openings, clean edges.
  • Edge profiles: eased, beveled, bullnose, ogee, miteredChoose the look under your hand.
  • Thoughtful seam placement and vein matchingJoints that nearly disappear.
  • Polished, honed or leathered finishesSheen and texture to match your style.

COUNTERTOP INSTALLATION

Installed Level, Secure and Sealed

Installation day is where precision pays off. Our team carries the finished pieces in, checks the cabinets for level, adds support where overhangs or heavy slabs require it, and sets each piece in place. Seams are joined with color-matched adhesive and finished flush so they are hard to see and easy to clean.

Undermount sinks are secured and sealed, cooktop and faucet openings are checked for fit, and natural stone is sealed to protect it from stains. Before we leave, we clean the surface, walk you through everyday care and make sure every detail meets your expectations.

  • Quartz & granite
  • Precise fit
  • Clean install
Which countertop material is best for a busy kitchen?

Quartz is the most popular low-maintenance choice because it is non-porous and does not need sealing. Granite is very durable and heat-resistant but should be sealed periodically. Marble looks beautiful but is softer and more sensitive to acids, so it suits homeowners who are comfortable with its natural patina.

Do I need to replace my cabinets to get new countertops?

No. As long as your cabinets are structurally sound and level, we can template and install new countertops on existing cabinetry. If you are planning new cabinets, we template after they are installed.

How are seams handled?

We plan the layout to keep seams to a minimum and place them in the least visible locations. Seams are joined with color-matched adhesive and finished flush with the surface.

Can you install an undermount sink and a new faucet?

Yes. We cut and polish the sink opening, secure the undermount sink to the countertop and drill the holes for your faucet and accessories. Plumbing connections can be handled as part of the same project.

How much do new countertops cost?

Pricing depends on the material, slab size and thickness, edge profile, number of cutouts and the complexity of the layout. Contact us for a personalized estimate for your Los Angeles project.

Do you install countertops outside the kitchen?

Yes. We fabricate and install surfaces for bathroom vanities, laundry rooms, bars, fireplace surrounds and outdoor kitchens throughout Los Angeles and Surrounding Areas.
