MORE OUTLETS, BETTER PLACES
Power Where You Actually Use It
Most older homes, including many in Los Angeles, were wired for far fewer devices than we use today. Extension cords and power strips fill the gap, but they aren’t a long-term solution. We add outlets along kitchen counters, in home offices and media areas, in garages and workshops, and on patios and exterior walls, with the right protection for each location.
When a room is being remodeled, this is the best time to rethink the layout: outlets at counter height, switches by the door you actually use, and circuits sized for the appliances you plan to install.
- Kitchen counter, island and appliance outletsConvenient power where you cook.
- Home office and media wall outlets with USBCharge and plug in without adapters.
- Weather-rated exterior outlets with coversSafe power for patios and yards.
- Switch relocation and added switch locationsSwitches where you actually reach for them.

FAQ
Outlet & Switch Questions
We’re here to help. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to contact us.
- Code-compliant
- GFCI protection
- Neat wiring
Can you add an outlet without opening the whole wall?
Often, yes. Depending on the wall and the nearest power source, we can fish wiring through existing cavities with a small access opening that we patch afterward. We do this regularly for homeowners across Greater Los Angeles.
What is the difference between GFCI and AFCI?
GFCI outlets protect people from shock near water and are used in kitchens, bathrooms, garages and outdoors. AFCI protection guards against arcing faults in wiring and is typically required for bedrooms and living areas.
Do I need a dedicated circuit for my appliance?
Ranges, ovens, dryers, HVAC equipment, EV chargers and many microwaves and dishwashers need their own circuit. We’ll confirm what your appliance requires and install the correct circuit.
Can you install smart switches and dimmers?
Yes. We install smart switches, dimmers and outlets, and make sure they are compatible with your fixtures and, if needed, a neutral wire is available at the switch box.
