These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ardremodeling.com (the “Site”), operated by ARD Remodeling (“ARD Remodeling,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems;
• interfere with the Site’s operation, including by introducing malware or by overloading our infrastructure;
• copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our forms.

Information on the Site, including service descriptions, photos and any pricing references, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute an offer or a binding quote.

Free estimates requested through the Site are preliminary and subject to an on-site inspection. Final pricing, scope of work, schedule, warranties and payment terms are set out in a separate written agreement signed by you and ARD Remodeling. In case of any conflict between the Site and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Project photos on the Site show completed work and design possibilities; results for your project will depend on your home, materials selected and the agreed scope of work.

When you submit a form, request an estimate or contact us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to request services for the property in question. You consent to being contacted by phone, text message or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply; you may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

The Site and its content, including text, photographs, logos, graphics and design, are owned by ARD Remodeling or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. The ARD Remodeling name and logo are trademarks of ARD Remodeling. You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution or republication, requires our prior written permission.

If you send us reviews, photos, testimonials or other materials (“Submissions”), you grant ARD Remodeling a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit and display those Submissions in connection with our business, including on the Site and in marketing materials, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You confirm that you own or have the rights to any Submission you provide and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, such as social media or review platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party website.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARD Remodeling disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Nothing in this section limits the warranties provided in a signed project agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARD Remodeling and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Liability relating to remodeling services is governed by the applicable signed project agreement and California law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARD Remodeling from any claims, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
